State of Georgia Application for Voter Registration

Effingham County Probate Court offers Applications for Voters to register. These are located at our office and also at the Effingham County Registrars Office. Once completed, these applications should be signed and mailed to the office of the Secretary of State.

If you have misplaced or have not received your precinct card within three to four weeks of submitting your application, please contact the Registrars office at (912) 754-2115 for further assistance.
