CLERK OF STATE COURT

What We DO

 The Clerk of Superior Court serves as the Clerk of State Court of Effingham County by statute.

The State Court  handles traffic, civil filings and criminal misdemeanor offenses.  All court fines are paid to the Clerks' office on the first floor. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Cash, money orders, or certified bank funds.  No personal checks please.  No credit or debit cards are accepted at this time.
