Campaign Contribution Disclosure Report (CCDR)


CCDR's are required to be filed by all Candidates & Officials, with the exception of an Exemption Affidavit

  • Election Year Candidates are required to file CCDR's for January 31, March 31, June 30, September 30, October 25 and December 31
  • Non Election Year Candidates are required to file CCDR's for January 31 and June 30
  • Candidates can file an Exemption Affidavit to exempt them from being required to file CCDR's
  • CCDR's must be filed on or after the date of the CCDR report name (ex: January 31)
  • CCDR's have a grace period and can be filed up to 7 days after the date of the report, without being considered late
  • CCDR's filed after the grace period are subject to increasing late filing fees which will be imposed by the Ethics Commission

No one is Exempt from filing PFD's

  • PFD's must be filed by every Official/Candidate annually
  • Election Year Candidates must file at the time of Qualifying
  • Non Election Year Officials must file anytime between January 1 and July 1
  • There is no grace period for PFD's
